Refund Policy

JEEMAC Coaching is committed to providing clarity regarding fee refunds for its IIT-JEE, NEET, and UPSC programs. Please read the following refund rules carefully before enrolling in any program.

1. General Refund Rules
1.1. The registration fee paid at the time of admission is non-refundable under any circumstances.
1.2. Refund requests will only be entertained for specific cases as outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
2.1. If the course is canceled by JEEMAC due to unforeseen circumstances.
2.2. If a refund request is raised by the student/guardian within the first 7 days from the start of classes, subject to a deduction of administrative charges (up to 20% of the paid fee).
2.3. For double payments or technical errors during online transactions, after verification.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
3.1. Withdrawal or discontinuation of the course by the student after the refund window (7 days) has closed.
3.2. Termination of enrollment due to disciplinary actions, poor attendance, or violation of JEEMAC’s rules and regulations.
3.3. Non-utilization of classes or study materials for any reason, including medical emergencies or personal challenges.
3.4. Students failing to meet the rank-specific performance criteria in conditional programs.

4. Refund Process
4.1. To request a refund, students/guardians must submit a written request via email to [Insert Email Address] with the following details:

Student’s full name

Enrollment ID or registration number

Payment proof

Reason for the refund request
4.2. Refund requests will be processed within 15-30 business days after verification and approval.


5. Administrative Charges
JEEMAC reserves the right to deduct administrative charges from the refundable amount. This includes:
5.1. Processing fees for admission and course material distribution.
5.2. GST or any other applicable taxes.

6. Refund for Online Courses
6.1. For online courses, refunds will be subject to the same rules as offline programs.
6.2. Access to online course material will be revoked immediately upon approval of a refund request.

7. Special Programs
7.1. For rank-based or performance-linked programs, additional charges (e.g., post-selection fees) are non-refundable after the rank has been achieved.
7.2. Post-dated cheques will not be refunded once the agreed performance criteria are met.

8. Disputes and Appeals
8.1. If a refund request is denied, students/guardians may appeal by submitting additional documents or clarifications within 7 business days of receiving the decision.
8.2. Appeals will be reviewed by JEEMAC’s management, and the final decision will be binding.

9. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. The timeline may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking channels.
